  3. This challenger is doing super. Hit 11.5 this morning. That definitely was a skill exercise for me. Thanks to Bing, Zach, Josh, and Marcos for pushing me so hard. I have no idea how many rounds I got, but I didn't think I could get through one, so I'm thrilled :)

  5. Ciera you may wanna figure ou what you did so you can log it! But yea those heavy leans looked awesome, way to go!

    I did the 11.5 WOD as well. I went in not knowing what would be the easier part or the harder part. I'd say the toes to bar were like a sort of break bu still sucked. And everything else was just terrible. Did I ever mention I hate 20 min amraps? They just keep going forever!

    All that said, looking online I think I actually did pretty decent, though I'm sure our man beasts will school me on this one.

    AMRAP in 20 min of:
    5 power cleans @ 145#
    10 toes to bar
    15 wall balls 20# to 10'

    Got 8 rounds + 3 PC's, I probably could hVe done better, but I dot care because I never want to do that again! And I'm done now!

    In other news there is a video on the games site of 11.6 which looks even more gross.

    AMRAP in 7 min of:
    3 thrusters @ 95#
    3 chest to bar pullups
    6 and 6
    9 and 9
    ...and so on till you run out of time.
