Dance the Dance

Here are some CrossFit athletes who came out last Saturday to run and support our 5k in 18 degree temperatures. Thanks Kathy Brewer, Gary and Katie Guilbeau!

  4. OH Squats - 35# really disappointed on my squats but I was working on technique today, at least thats what I'm telling myself.

    WOD - 24/13/25 - total:62; 15#

    Charlie makes the funniest noises while working out. hehe
