Hang squat clean - 85#WOD - started with 55#, ended with 45#, 9:48I'd whine but I'm humiliated enough already.
Cleans- 200# last set.WOD 75# OH Lunges- 5:18?
Hang Squat Clean - 55#, 60#, 65#, 65# WOD - 5:44; 25# my wordpress is working again, yay!
Hang Squat Clean - 45#WOD - 8:45 15# Exhausted after this workout(?), must be all the good Paleo food!
