    Snatch Grip Deadlift: 185#

    5 rounds with 65# in 8 minutes.

    Zach, Charlie was suggesting the weaker guys do this with 65#, the medium strength guys do it with 75#, and the stronger guys do it with 95#. I started with 75# but was fading fast so I downshifted to 65#. I'll bet you can do all five rounds in 8 minutes with 95#.
