  3. Hey Daren-- I really want to come to work out wed and fri morning. Unfortunately, I just got stitches on the palm on my hand and can't really grip weights or put any pressure on my hand. If I was to come to workout, could you find something for me to do?

    Tabata knee raises, bummed out at #7, picked back up on #8, stopped counting having trouble just hanging on. Overall good workout!
