Front Squat - 65,85,85,95#WOD: 5 rounds + 200m run (65#)
Front squat: 65#, 65#, 75#, 75#WOD: 4 rounds + 200mrun + 3 squat cleans (35#)
Front squats: 65, 85, 95, 115WOD: 3.5 rounds w/ 95#
Edit: I think that must have been more like 4.5 rounds.
