Snowblown

Allyson Wright has quickly embraced CrossFit and taken her workouts to the next level. She works out in the Tuesday/Thusday 6am class and gives it 100% everytime, keep it up Allison!

Heavy Grace
30 Clean and Jerks (155#) for time

rest 10 minutes

2 rounds of:
1 min row for calories, subtract calories from 30 and complete that many burpees
rest 2 minutes between each

    Grace- 155#, I was only able to complete 28 since we had a 10 minute time limit.

    1st: 25 (had to do 5 burpees)
    2nd: 22 (had to do 8 burpees)
