Wish-Wash

The current on-ramp class is proving to be an athletic group, we are excited to get them into our regular classes after next week.

Skill Work-
Double unders
Box jumps
Handstand push-ups

Then...
6 rounds of:
15 seconds rowing, for fastest 500m split
45 seconds rest

rest 1 minute

2 minutes max reps knees to elbows
-feet can't touch ground

post lowest 500m pace and KTE reps to comments

  2. Definitely getting better at all the skill work for sure.
    Rowing: avg around 1:43/1:44 each time
    KTE: 26

    tomorrow im thinking of buying a pvc pipe to practice OH squats at home, how long are the ones at the Box?

  3. Row 1:42 was the lowest i saw , but never stayed there........KTE - 26 had to touch the ground..sorry
    Still Very happy about the HSPU ....never thought I could do it.
