Sign up for the BCS Games today! If you are hesitant or nervous don't be! We designed it for anyone to be able to come out, compete, and have a great time. We want our box to have the biggest and proudest representation. If you get caught up in the competition... Great! If you don't...Great!   4. The Spartans are famous for their dislike of long winded speeches. Their communications often being short and straight to the point.

    When the Spartan Lysander finally entered Athens triumphantly and put an end to the 27 year Peloponnesian War, he sent a message back to to Sparta that read "Athens is taken" the reply back from the Ephors to Lysander was "All you needed to say was 'Taken'.

  9. Morning: 10 min AMRAP w/ Bretani and Will: 7 clap pushups, 5 box jumps, 3 95# power snatch.
    13 rounds + pushups

    Evening WOD: 9:13. Incredibly frustrating that I just could not get my double unders down. Even more embarrassing was how mad at myself I got! Let it be a lesson of what not to do during a WOD. On a positive note, I kept the language to: "gah, shoot, and gosh dangit" for the kiddos...
