  11. Kirk has been greatly mistaken, and he will soon feel the repercussions for his statements. Those are actually my socks she's wearing. Don't ask me how she got them...

    Worked out with The Schaub and The Heron at 2:30 and hit an OHS PR! 135#. not a lot, but it was pretty awesome for me.

    Weighted pullups: used the 40lb vest with 15# dumbell for a few sets and then went for a 1 rep max

    70# kettle bell with the 20# vest! 90# one rep pull up.

    WOD: 4:34 with 95#
