Worked out with The Schaub and The Heron at 2:30 and hit an OHS PR! 135#. not a lot, but it was pretty awesome for me.
6:00pm Weighted pullups: used the 40lb vest with 15# dumbell for a few sets and then went for a 1 rep max
70# kettle bell with the 20# vest! 90# one rep pull up.
