  1. Ahh an AMRAP with thrusters, HS cleans, and SDHPs reminds me of another workout that I love/hate, and that workout is: Any AMRAP of thrusters, HS cleans, and SDHPs...

    (but we did the elements class so we did a hang power clean instead of squat)

    Good class...hard but good!!! Way to go others from the Element group!!!
