    My shoulders were dead after working on HSPU yesterday and again this morning.

    Evening workout-swim at the rec (I will be at the rec around 6 if anyone wants to come out.)

    10 min warm up
    8x50 drill first half
    5x100
    1 min rest
    5x100- 5 sec faster
    1 min rest
    300 cool down
