Props

Caleb did an impressive 320#(PR) on the deadlift after running two 5k's on Saturday at the Dansby Duo, way to go Caleb!

    WOD: 8:50, 14# and I didn't hear the rules at the beginning so I didn't know about the unbroken rule so it should have been longer since I should have restarted at round 2...

    2 wall ball wods in 2 days really sucks...btw

  9. Didn't do crossfit today - but went for a 2.5 mile run this afternoon.
    2.5 miles in 26:24min
    Really sad since my last 5K I did right at 25.10min. Really hurting today. After the first mile, had to walk a min, run a min until the last 500m. Oh yeah remind me to wear better support on my next run.
