Working on pull ups the entire month paid off today. I still have ALOT of work to do but it was nice seeing a 4 on the clock and not seeing a 7. I was determined to meet my under 5 minute goal for this month. A busted nose from the second round of thrusters didn’t hold me back.

Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.

  6. Caro-I apparently woke up this morning and thought I was a woman, becuase I went to the 8:30am class.

But I think I will be returning at 6p for skills..Daren permitted.

lulu is a cool store but you are lame for being unoriginal.

  12. Um Amy my guess would be on pull ups...or thrusters..both of which require heavy things flying right past your face.
