    ***Because I skipped working out yesterday:

    2 rounds of modified Sally (about two minutes rest between sets)
    - 8:00 on the clock
    - half mile run
    AMRAP with remaining time
    - 10 KB Swings
    - 5 pushups

    WOD:
    - 28, 14, 10 OHS @ 75 pounds
    - ring dips with one light resistance band
    - time unknown
