  5. Ran 2.5 miles this morning with my Doberman. She has been restless, and kept us up all night so maybe she'll sleep tonight! She likes to bark at nothing in the back yard! Bark collar in the mail.

  10. I neither confirm or deny that is me...but I would like to point out how well the tape held up during 11 rounds of strict pull ups...I'm just sayin'.

  11. strict pull-ups require no taping because there is no torque on the bar and therefore your hands will not rip. up your game on kipping pull-ups then we'll talk about tap jobs bolt!

  13. Oh George...he tried explaining to me how precious his hands were one day and actually convinced me to "tape" my hands like he does. DIDN'T WORK!

    Caroline and I have a good philosophy going...but I do like the conversation that has sparked up from no one posting.
