  5. Worked out with Pikes Peak CrossFit this morning

    20 mins amrap. 2 muscleups, 4 hspu, 8 kettlebell swings. I subbed 6 pullups and 6 ring dips for the 2 muscleups and completed 10 rounds. Definitely easier to work out in 68 degree weather!

  11. I've been working out with Dave and Casey from CrossFit Denton County and Chris from CrossFit Plano (The Pound) this week. Great boxes and some of the nicest people! If you're ever in the area, you need to check out these two gyms.

    Once again I have seen that the best part about CrossFit is the community. I'm homesick and looking forward to being back in Aggieland. Whoop!
