5 rounds of 10 unbroken Thrusters
5 rounds of 12 unbroken Pull-ups

    45#, purple band (on last 2 sets of PU I had to do body rows)

    65# and only 3 complete pull-ups with black and red band.
    This is terrrrrriiiiibbbble. And based on the number of comments I guess everyone else hated it too.

    Purple band-DNF on the pull ups completed 2 sets of 12 and that was all that was coming out of me.... left arm was numb.....
