  9. I went with the black band and did not finish. I did get a nice strawberry on my tailbone.

    Glenda and I ran 15 2 min run:1 min rest sprints yesterday evening and will keep doing those up until mudquest. We are meeting around 5:30p Tuesdays at Wolf Pen - come join us if you are not at crossfit.
