This video is the 3rd scene from the newest production created by CSCF athlete - Jordan Meserole who owns Rock Cottage Media, checkout the CSCF Affiliate Team compete in their first WOD at the South Central Regional competition.

  6. got owned by the main site today. doing snatches before hand wasn't smart either, lower back is gassed and was gassed, awful performance.

    20 min AMRAP
    5 front squats (shoulders still say no on thrusters)
    7 Hang power clean
    10 sumo deadlift high pull

    85#, 8 and 2/3 rounds. disappointed...

  8. Seriously, mobility guy? I know its been a few years since I took A&P but I am pretty sure he screwed up some of his medical terminology a few times. Hmmm not sure if I'm going to watch that again.

    Haynes killed it this morning with HSPU! Did all but 1 so your DNF kind of doesn't count...
