Ok so the vest was kinda restrictive on the rib cage and wouldn't loosen up...not cool!! And thanks Glenda (i think) for the idea of the vest..gotta prepare in every way for Oktoberfest!!
Well no game today but I have been sick the last few days... maybe i need to take more nyquil and go to bed..i dont think this work out needs me either.
