  10. If there is one consistent character trait I have observed in CrossFit athletes from around the world, it is a strong sense of optimism. The difficulty of the CrossFit workout naturally instills not only physical fitness but also mental fitness. Regardless of the time to completion or the amount of weight used, simply facing the daunting workout of the day (WOD) puts the other obstacles of life into proper perspective: they are all a lot easier. CrossFit coaches and athletes who understand that optimism
and a positive mental attitude can yield tremendous results in the gym have one thing in common: success...In my experience as both a CrossFit athlete and coach,I have concluded that a positive mental attitude and positive self-talk are paramount in achieving the full potential of human work capacity.

  15. So no sighting of Haynes today? Hmmm co-ed class. I will have to get confirmation, but I am pretty sure that Haynes is the ONLY male at the "co-ed" class soooooo what does that mean???

Glenda, your right probably at Kroger's or maybe at it's competitor HEB stocking up on the combo loco deals. I dont know, I dont know where he could be.

  21. Soooo I found Haynes, or at least it appeared to be a Haynes double. Here is what I have figured out. Caroline captured him and held him against his will in her basement bound by duct tape and chains. As if that were not enough, she stole his shoes and wore them to workout this afternoon. Haynes then knawed his way through the duct tape with only the use of his incisiors - and then used his super human strength of just his pinky finger to break through the steal chains to his own sweet sweet freedom! Running barefoot and nothing but a leaf loin cloth ran for time down Texas Ave to La Bodega where he met Will and Zach in the parking lot, they then clothed him and gave him sandles as to appear to have never been captured at all. . .but we all now know better.
    The End

did this one in the backyard - not the best I've ever done, but then again it's different with 10 people around you and when you're by yourself
