Caroline - I totally wrote that piece for Yoko. I will assist you in this afternoon with this warm up. I am not quite sure she captured the essence of the piece though.

WOD: 1:46/2:01 ran with Sally our times were pretty much the same +/- a few seconds. Thanks Sally. Daren I am pretty sure the last time we did this workout, was when I was just getting started with Crossfit and I remember being in the 2:20's at that time. SO YES!
And everyone keep posting mindless crap, unless its Yoko singing b/c that was NOT even funny.
