  2. WOD: 1:50.2 (all 3 rounds same time, a tad consistent)

    Ummmm...i cant even begin to imagine ever doing push ups or hand stands or what ever that amazingness was that I just witnessed, in my lifetime!

    I really tried to work on my form for the majority of the row and then blow it out for the last 175m.

    The video is really helpful on cleaning up your technique

    We have some of the most efficient and fastest rowers in the state*. So let's try to learn from them and get a little better.

    *( NO thats not a suck-up. If you went to the Throwdown you would know what I am talking about)

    *This was done at the Rec Center today using their newfangled water powered rowers, I am unsure how I feel about them and the slosh they make (which I guess adds to the realism) from everytime I row.
