OK, so I am pretty sure that dude has been a gymnast for YEARS! Did anyone else notice how his toes were ALWAYS pointed? So this was completly unfair! Just saying.
Caroline the deadlifts n dresses sounds so neat.... All us ladies should send in pics to them... I would even wear my 3 inch heels....Yep I think it can be done. JUST SAYIN!
*This was done at the Rec Center today using their newfangled water powered rowers, I am unsure how I feel about them and the slosh they make (which I guess adds to the realism) from everytime I row.

I really tried to work on my form for the majority of the row and then blow it out for the last 175m.
The video is really helpful on cleaning up your technique
We have some of the most efficient and fastest rowers in the state*. So let's try to learn from them and get a little better.
