POWDER PUFF PEOPLE!!!! It's going to be sooo much fun, some of us threw the ball around yesterday, or attempted to throw the ball around (Bretni..hehe!) And lets just say, we need a few more out there to get the job done :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd all workouts have been tough so far this week...ill try to be prepared for this one by 530!
Finally I vote party on the 30th...Im pretty sure the Tech game is going to be a 230pm game (not 100% sure) which means I have to work early and would not be able to attend if it was on the 29th (therefore it would be a pretty lame party..jus sayin..) ANNND...I'm sure there will be a Sat morning workout on the 30th & no one likes a hungover trainer (much less 4 of them!)
Sooo...those are my reasons...once again..jus sayin.. ;-)
I vote for the 29th or 30th - I have to take my kids trick or treating on the 31st.
ReplyDeletePower Clean 115, 115, 135, 135, I don't think we got to the last round of 5.
ReplyDeleteWOD 6 1/3 rounds 20# ball, had to do the 90 single unders. got 1 set of 90 unbroken.
