December/January Challenge - how long can you hold it?


Deadlift

With a partner complete for time:
400m run
50 ring dips
400m run
50 ring rows
400m run
100 ball slams
400m run
100 overhead plate lunges
1000m row

  5. I assumed the position and held it for 26 seconds (from the rings / wobbly as heck) before I let my feet hit the floor.

    205# max deadlift, up from 185# two-and-a-half weeks ago. "I'm a man!"

    WOD: I have no idea. I never looked up at the clock once we were done.
