Deadlift: 120#WOD: over 20 minutes
it was totally snowing on this side of Holleman so i couldn't make it...
I assumed the position and held it for 26 seconds (from the rings / wobbly as heck) before I let my feet hit the floor.205# max deadlift, up from 185# two-and-a-half weeks ago. "I'm a man!"
Deadlift: 315# (need to work on posture for this lift)WOD: I have no idea. I never looked up at the clock once we were done.
