For time:
50 Box jumps
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlbell swings, 1 pood
Walking lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpess
50 Double unders

  1. 25:44 rx'd got lost in wall-balls and burpees. started wall balls at min 15, finished burpees midway through min 23... the perils of doing filthy fifty alone!

    40 reps first four and switched to 50 reps at knees to elbows. Finished the rest with 50 reps.

    Wow! This ranks up there as one of the best (or worst, I mean)!
