Walking lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpess
50 Double unders
25:44 rx'd got lost in wall-balls and burpees. started wall balls at min 15, finished burpees midway through min 23... the perils of doing filthy fifty alone!
