  20. oh goodness Glenda! i would love to do filthy tomorrow morning! I will so be there, and I'm bringing an out of town buddy, would be so much fun! This will easily be my best filthy time ever as I'm in better shape than ever, so I'm really excited to test it out...we'll see if Daren will allow it?

    My calves were cramping so bad at the end that I was doing my singles on one foot haha. Tough wornout, I'd have to say it was the hardest of my life.

    deadlift- 10-10-10-10-10 @95
