  4. Sickness has gotten the best of me. Drainage in the nose, throat, and lungs, and as of last night I've completely lost my voice. You can ask Marcos, whom I saw at subway and attempted to visit with. It failed. I sound ridiculous. On a positive note, I successfully got into Mays today, so that's exciting. I'm going to be there in the morning for the last CF before Christmas, sickness or health.

  5. hey guys went to crossfit bixby it was pretty cool. good workout we did a Hero workout called JT its 21 15 9 of handstand pushups, ring dips, and pushups needless to say shoulders and chest are hurting. 17:28
