    Got about 5 complete rounds each time and either in beginning or end after... FEEL GREAT!!!!

    BVCAA (Brazos Valley Community Action Agency) is holding a "Fitness Drive" and are collecting gently used fitness/healthy living-type items to give to those in need. Some items I found around my house were old exercise dvds, health books I already read, Susan Summer's ThighMaster (what was I thinking?), water bottles from events, etc.

    Let me know if you have some things to give away and I will come get them. Let's help encourage those in need get healthier! See you tonight.
