Tuesday's WOD:

5 rounds:
10 strict pull-ups, 30 seconds rest
3 front squats, 60 seconds rest

Then:
5 rounds of 5 push-press, 60 seconds rest

  4. Since the WOD's are not posting till the next day... Can you just give us a heads up for us old people.. like are we going to need to wear a diaper for jumping a 1000 times or bring a cane for walking after long runs or wear long pants to avoid rope burns.... hmmmmmm.. Jus speakin for a few of us.. Jus Sayin......

  6. Daren...I'll be the first to say I like your new system. Ken and I had an argument about it last night. Told him, now there's no way to skip a hard wod. Those are the ones you should want to do anyway. However, we both agreed on one point...we feel sorry for your and Kristen's future kids. :)
