  3. Thanks man, you smoked me on the wod, my whole body was angry at me post burpees, and I almost threw up on the second set of burpees! I guess that's how I know I'm pushing myself right?

  7. Walked into Atlas Crossfit (in Chicago) today and they wanted $30 for a drop-in class. I walked right out or I wouldn't have had money for a cab to get back to the hotel!
