Sorry for the stupid question, but I just want to make sure I do this right. I run the 400, do 30 push-ups, 30 squats, 30 sit-ups, then 24 of each, then 18 of each, then the final 400, right? Not that it matters that much seeing as my main competitor skipped town today haha
My time was terrible.. I think over 15:00 ...Yikes..I am with Glenda on this one.. All the bad food I ate and not showing up for last 2 weeks sure showed today.. One more note C2G pushups?? UGH!!! Killed me!
I am so glad I was in fort worth today an worked out at Gsx so as to not have to run outside!
