Ribbon cutting was awesome! I love hearing stories of lives changed, it makes my heart happy. Thanks again to Charlie and his trainers for all they do, I'm stoked as ever about this.
WOD: 10:53 @ 175# (body weight) and a 24" box, loved every second.
couldn't make it in before I headed home but I'll be back before school starts back up and I'll definitely be doing some body weight WODs and plenty of running-- Happy Holidays, see ya in January (:
