  3. Excellent description Charlie, I didn't realize you could rap! I like the white though, very clean.

    Warmup: bike 23.6 miles (with a 20 mph wind...oh west texas)
    3 minute break to change clothes
    WOD: 50 pushups, 50 situps (no ab mat), 50 squats (feel the burn), 50 DB presses (20#) AQAP. 6:52

    1) Spealler stinkin beasted those pullups. I need to work on that technique, I assume it's helpful.

    2) Daren, please tell me the title isn't a kesha reference? I wouldn't be surprised if it was though haha
