"Tear Gas" (grrrreat name!) 4 Rounds for time: 400m row 10 burpees (10# vest? Whatever Daren made for me) 400m run 22:30 Kendra...you crack me up! lol!! And yes I stood in front of the fan for about 10 min after I was finished...someone was gonna get hurt if they got in-between me and my fan!! Haha!

Parenthesis is what I did the first of the month. I improved 30# overall. A little disappointed on my deadlift, but Daren said it was hard to improve on all of them.

No vest- it took forever to get it on and off so I just didn't wear it. Felt like I had a gas mask on the whole time. Where was the oxygen???
