    Kendra...you crack me up! lol!! And yes I stood in front of the fan for about 10 min after I was finished...someone was gonna get hurt if they got in-between me and my fan!! Haha!

    No vest- it took forever to get it on and off so I just didn't wear it. Felt like I had a gas mask on the whole time. Where was the oxygen???

    10 burpees (2 rounds with 20# and then changed to I am not sure what Daren changed it to) It still was very difficult.

    Deadlift: 200# (200#)

    Parenthesis is what I did the first of the month. I improved 30# overall. A little disappointed on my deadlift, but Daren said it was hard to improve on all of them.

    Total = 360 (310)

    Been about 8weeks now and I can tell I am getting stronger!

    Total 455#...I think I went down 20# cause my deadlift killed me. Maybe it was mental.
