Throwing up the "D" for Coach Daren after the Murph WOD. Daren completed his Ironman yesterday in 12 hours and 9 minutes....WOW! Read details about his race here.

  5. I have been really bad and missed Friday and today's workout. I don't know what is wrong with me. I just can't make myself get up. I will definitely be back on Wednesday.

    Congrats Daren on finishing!!! I feel especially bad because you wanted to quit yesterday and kept going, and I have done nothing but be an epic failure while you have been gone!

    Can't wait til you, Kristen and Patsy are back!!

  14. WOD - 22:23?? 22 min...45#...all sets unbroken due to charlie yelling! Couldn't have dine it w/out being screamed at..so thanks for that..I think? VERY PAINFUL..so sore from past 2 days..looming forward to Wednesday (my day OFF!!) PLEASE..No running in heat tomorrow!

  15. You all did awesome today, the box was "blazing", way to upgrade your barbell weight Caroline and Carol!

    This workout reminded me of wod #1 from The BCS Games, and yes...it was hot! Rx'd - 17:19 - Murph on Sunday definitely didn't help, my 1st mile on Murph Sunday was 7:33 with a 20# vest and on this workout my 1st mile was 7:51 with no vest....huh? I guess 300 squats has that effect on people.
