wod: 11:33.....did singles, anchored situps and had to make room for people who couldn't wait to stand where I was working out. So, the time is a bit skewed!
I am too lazy at this point to look up my time which is so kindly saved on my watch lol. But I am happy to say that I beat my kryptonite 95# hang cleans!!!!! I promise that is a BIG deal for me. Hopefully now I can work on adding more weight. :-)
