But, But, But he's doing anchored sit-ups. Yes if you are truly concerned with the speed of your sit-ups then you can do anchored, but your double unders better freakin look like his. Deal? oh and finish under 5.

  7. Worked out at CrossFit Deep Ellum in Dallas this morning. Good group of people and nice facility.

    5 rounds
    5-8 reps on deadlifts
    200m sprints

    *I did 225# on deadlift and 8 reps on each round. I think I have done my share of sprints for the week.

    wod: 11:33.....did singles, anchored situps and had to make room for people who couldn't wait to stand where I was working out. So, the time is a bit skewed!

  16. I am too lazy at this point to look up my time which is so kindly saved on my watch lol. But I am happy to say that I beat my kryptonite 95# hang cleans!!!!! I promise that is a BIG deal for me. Hopefully now I can work on adding more weight. :-)
