Carol - I'm on crack. I thought I forgot a round of pull ups so I did an extra round of pull ups. I did not realize until after wards I had done the extra pull ups. ;)

I didnt time the warm up..that was wrkout #1.. WOD 14# ball 2 rounds w/10# vest (thanks Glenda! ha)on the highest pull up bar..therefore there was no chin to bar...more like forehead to bar... ~11:54
