  14. I've been out of town, so I've missed the workouts this week! Hopefully I will make it back in time to work out next Thursday!
    In the mean-time, I've been biking and running, plus I did my own version of the Burpee mile on vacation...
    Run a mile, but every 1/10 of a mile (per Garmin) stop and do 10 burpees!
