    I think I felt something like what those monks that meditate for hours experience. My body went totally numb with 300m left. 5 minutes later- some
    of the most intense full body pain I've ever felt.

    Half way into rowing I wanted to get off the machine and quit, it was all in my head. With about 250m left Daren pushed me to finish. I can’t even begin explain the pain I felt afterwards. There was also some running outside to the grass for some "bonus".
