That fortune fits perfectly with today's wod...I was going to set my limit at 12kg kb swings and the medium band for pull ups and then got talked into trying it prescribed and I was actually able to do it! challenge yourself today! WOD: 13:50 (Rx)
10:25 as RX'd. Daren, I said I'd see you tomorrow, but I (unknowingly) lied. It's off to a high school track for me. My lungs are my greatest weakness, so I'll be doing some runs and some bleachers. Good stinkin times.
10:43 small band and a 35# plate for kbs. Also did wod from 11-23. 20 AMRAP 10 push-up, 15 sit-up, and 20 squats. Improved from 12.5 rounds to 15 rounds. D, Michelle said she wants a lot of running tomorrow to work off that double daves.
Hey, maybe I'm just in a running mood. I like the breeze on my face, I like the feel of a track, I like spinning my legs as fast as I can...but only for shortish distances. I'm feeling a ladder. Something like 100-200-300-400-800-400-300-200-100 with something like a 100m walk in between. Not to mention I'll be up all night writing my paper, so the a.m. classes=no, and I'm meeting a realtor at 5:30 to look at a condo. How about you come run with me. And bring my camera!
