  6. Daren, I have a good example of what this challenge will do for anyone. Today I did 50,40, 30,20,10--dbl/unders and sit ups in over 3 minutes fewer than only one month ago, the difference was that I started the whole 30 on that day and now I've done the whole 30. Lost 10 more #'s in the process.

  11. I know :( and milk!!! I love milk so much...I probably bleed milk, I go through nearly a gallon a day. I guess I'll finish off what I have and not get any more. Sad day. It's worth it though.
