    box jumps
    burpees
    push-press
    body rows
    sandbag thrusters
    wall-balls


    All athletes will be briefed on standards before the workout so there is no question what is expected. Judges will be present to verify reps and cheater reps won't be counted, so you gotta be legit!!

  3. little league starts Monday. I plan to memorize that speech and use it to inspire the 6 and 7 year olds!
