For those that need a little hint here is a list of exercises you may encounter: running rowing jump rope kb swings kb snatch turkish get-ups thrusters front squats deadlifts cleans rope climb push-ups lunges squats box jumps burpees push-press body rows sandbag thrusters wall-balls
All athletes will be briefed on standards before the workout so there is no question what is expected. Judges will be present to verify reps and cheater reps won't be counted, so you gotta be legit!!
