    Sandbag: 80#
    50 single unders w/ 10 squat jumps (tried doing what sounded faster, then after the workout saw the message to just try and get better w/ d.u. - will get them next time)

    Then made the mistake of walking near Daren when I was putting up my sandbag and had to run a 400m w/ the 80# bag...rough
