    3 rounds for time:
    Handstand walk 50'
    Handstand hold 2 minutes
    15 HSPU

    rest an hour then...

    Tabata of each of the following:
    Squat, Row, Squat, Situps, Push press, SDHP, Ring dip, HSPU, wall ball, KTE, somersault, row for calories, run for total distance, HPC 95#, HPS 95#, back squat 95#, OHS 95#, front squat 95#, punch daren in the face for such a brutal workout.

    Score is how many times yo can punch Daren in the face after finshing everything else

    Deadlift: 405# PR!

    Shoulder press: 62.5 kg
    My first set of more than 10 double unders in a row
    and a 7:04.5 2k row (I did a 7:12 two weeks ago but trying to break 7 before the end of march)
