  6. hey did you guys hear about the in-house competition? supposedly the first workout is a 1 mile run, then 100 burpees, then a 1 mile run, all with a weight vest and for time. that's going to be fun

  7. I heard it was go eat at the Iron Cactus and cash out for time. Scaled is groups of 4, standard is groups of 16.

  8. you know Daren, I was just recently reading up on this whole "fun" thing, and I can't seem to find anything linking "fun" and that particular WOD? Help? No worries though, even if you can't find a reputable source to back up your claims, I will certainly be there.

    for time: 50 pushups, 50 sit-ups, 50 DB thrusters (20#): 4:12.
