  2. Had a schedule conflict, so I couldn't make class today, but I improvised with what I had on hand in the backyard. I did 3 rounds of 300m run, 20 45# barbell thrusters and 25 35# KBS. Forgot to set a timer. Oops.

  3. I could not make it, I did something on my own. AMRAP twenty min. Four hundred meter run, twenty jumping pull ups and ten chest to ground push ups. Twelve rounds.
