Worked on pull ups. My hand tore. I'm filling in for one of my teachers in the 3 year old room today which means lots of handwashing. Ouch!

20 thrusters, 20 sdlhp, 20 push jerk, 20 oh squats, 20 front squats with 4 burpees emom 19:58 ouch!
It was a good workout until they wrote the burpees on the board. I was just glad to finish!
