    bench press- 4x5- 115,135,135,135
    4x 20 unbroken double unders( killed these today)
    3 x 5-7 hang squat snatch for speed- 45# bar

    4x500m row- 1:43,1:40,1:43,1:43

    consistent i guess. after the last 500 we had to immediately get up and run a 400. took 2:10 from end of row until back in the building.
